I have been "on the doors" for 15 years and in the process of working in the industry have learnt many valuable lessons from some excellent and not so excellent people.

There are many types of doorman in this industry, some good, some bad and some who are only in the business for the money. For me it has never been about the money and always been about the service I provide and being held in high regard by both my customers and my staff.

My staff undergo an assessment every 6 months to ensure they maintain the high standards I demand and by visiting our customers on a weekly basis I ensure they are happy with our service and that any concerns or requests they may have are dealt with on a personal basis by me, the owner and not just a "manager"

By maintaining these work ethics and by ensuring the staff I provide comply with my codes of conduct I hope to continue showing that a close personal service from me will always be better for my customers and the relationship they have with our company.
